These terms and conditions apply to the Russian Demolition Forum (RDF), which will take place on 12 and 13 October 2022.
Participants can purchase tickets for the Russian Demolition Forum (RDF) through the website www.rusdemolition.ru.
Payment is made by bank transfer based on the invoice issued. Registration is not valid until payment is received and successfully processed.
Registration fees payable by participants include, access to RDF, all conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, access to the Welcome Evening Reception – networking, and the Awards Ceremony Dinner. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
A registration confirmation / payment confirmation email will be sent to each participant once payment has been received, together with an invoice. Delegates are requested to bring a copy of the confirmation.
Organisations / companies who have purchased places can change participant names free of charge until 1 October 2024.
Participants may cancel their registration until 1 October 2024. Prior to this date, executed payments will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by participants) less a fee of R5000.00 per payment from a contractor / industrial company and R9000.00 per payment from a machinery manufacturer respectively, to cover administrative and banking costs. Refunds will be made after the event.
In case of cancellation after 1 October 2024 or in case of no-show, no refund will be given.
If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, the registration fee will be refunded to registered participants. However, the refund is limited to the amount paid by the participants. The organiser will not be liable for any other losses or expenses incurred by participants due to the cancellation.
In case RDF is cancelled, postponed or relocated due to fire, flood, riots, earthquake, civil unrest, decisions made by federal and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lockout, explosions, sabotage, accidents, terrorism, war, natural disasters or any other cause or casualty beyond the control of the organiser, no refund will be made. In this case, RDF participants waive all claims for damages.
By attending the event, you grant the organiser and its partners permission to use your photographs and/or video footage of you at the event for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and editorial purposes. If you book an attendance on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to this aspect of the Terms and Conditions.
