RUSSIAN DEMOLITION FORUM 2021

Participants can purchase tickets to the Russian Demolition Forum (RDF) through the website www.rusdemolition.ru.

Payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice. Registration is not valid until the payment is received and successfully processed.

Organizations that have purchased tickets can change the names of participants free of charge until September 20, 2022.

Registration fees paid by participants include access to the RDF, all conference sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, access to the welcome evening networking, and awards ceremony dinner. All prices are excluding VAT.

Registration confirmation / payment confirmation email will be sent to each member upon receipt of payment along with invoice. Delegates are kindly requested to bring a copy of the confirmation.

Organizations / companies that have purchased seats can change their names for free until 20 August 2021.

Participants can cancel their registration until September 03, 2022. Until this date, payments made will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants) minus a fee of 5,000.00 rubles for a payment from a contractor / industrial enterprise and 9,000.00 rubles for a payment from a manufacturer of equipment, respectively, to cover administrative and banking expenses. Refunds will be made after the event.

If the booking is canceled after September 03, 2022 or in case of a no-show, no refund will be given.

If the organizer cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, the registration fee will be returned to the registered participants. However, refunds are limited to the amount paid by members. The organizer is not responsible for any other losses or expenses incurred by the participants as a result of the cancellation.

In the event that the RDF is canceled, postponed or relocated due to fire, flooding, riots, earthquakes, civil unrest, decisions made by federal and / or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lockout, explosions, sabotage, accidents, terrorism, war, natural disasters or any other cause or casualty beyond the control of the organizer, no refunds will be made. In this case, the RDF participants waive all claims for damages.

By attending the event, you grant the organizer and its partners permission to use your photos and / or videos at the event for marketing and advertising purposes, including for social media and editorial purposes. If you book your participation on behalf of another person, you acknowledge that you have obtained their consent to this aspect of the Terms and Conditions.
